Renters must be at least 20 years old on the rental date and present
the following original documents at the time of pickup:

All documents must be valid and not expired.

Our service hours are daily from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
Car pickup and return must be done within operating hours.
Outside these hours, an additional fee applies:

Customers must pick up the car in person at one of our branch offices.
For delivery service within Bangkok, an additional fee of THB 535 per trip applies.
For delivery in other provinces, please contact our sales staff for a quote.

Cars must be returned to the same branch where they were picked up.
Returning the car to a different branch or location will incur an extra charge.
Please contact our sales staff for the exact fee.
